Giving churches and non-profits the tools
they need to grow and thrive.
Cohorts, Workshops & Hosting
Churches and non-profits often struggle to create and implement simple strategies to increase their impact. The Tod Bush Leadership Center provides a place of hospitality and training to help you have the Kingdom impact you were created for.
A Few Of Our Offerings
StoryBrand
Do you struggle to tell the story of your non-profit, church, or business? Many make the mistake of putting the organization as the hero of the story rather than the customer/donor/volunteer. Our StoryBrand sessions are designed to help you clarify your messaging and clearly present your mission to the world.
Hero On A Mission
If you’ve been drifting through life and want to get back on course, this is the workshop for you. In the Hero On A Mission workshop, we will begin with the end in mind and walk you through writing your own eulogy. We’ll give you a framework to think through your 10,5 and 1 year plan as well as a Daily Planner to stay on track.
Mission Statement Made Simple
Our Mission Statment Made Simple Workshop will get your team united and aligned on a mission they get excited to wake up and achieve every day. We will not only craft an exciting and memorable mission statement, but also talk through your organization’s key characteristics, critical actions & story pitch.
Ministry Strategy / Brilliant at the Basics
Sometimes, when it comes to ministry, we just need to go back to the basics. It all boils down to fostering life-long relationships. This workshop is great for Young Life Areas or Church Youth Groups. We will talk about time-proven strategies to reach more kids with the gospel that have great impact.
Leadership Lessons From Ted Lasso
We’d love to join your next team meeting or retreat to share our Leadership Lessons from Ted Lasso. We have plenty to learn from him on service, forgiveness, and caring deeply for others.
7 Ways To Peel The Banana
The Savannah Bananas are changing the game of baseball… and it’s working. Every game they play is sold out and they have a waitlist of 3,000+ people wanting to work for them. We’ve attended the game, read the Fans First book by owner Jesse Cole, and gathered a long list of lessons we can learn from them to apply to any organization. We’d love to share and provide discussion questions for your next team meeting or staff retreat.
